Local Matching for Lower Impact

To serve our clients we use intelligent matching systems to connect each project with a locally qualified workshop & team of craftspeople.

This not only ensures a quicker turnaround, but it also helps minimise transportation distances, further reducing carbon footprints.

It’s our way of combining efficiency with environmental responsibility — without compromising on quality.

Founder & CEO

Vernon Gadsby, a sustainable furniture visionary who is a seasoned Engineering leader turned ‘asset reuse’ innovator. With over 24 years of experience in asset strategy and leadership (including roles within the UK Ministry of Defence), Vernon brings an analytical, systems - driven mindset to the world of furniture restoration.

Vernon’s journey into sustainable interiors began with a personal passion: preserving quality craftsmanship through reupholstery, rather than witnessing it discarded.

This passion led him to found an initiative in 2017 that linked homeowners and businesses with skilled UK Upholstery & Soft-furnishing professionals. The platform’s goal… enabling broader access to high-quality Upholstery and furniture reuse services, using more efficient processes, and eco-friendly practices.
